Remove 48 hour limit for on-call notifications

Can you point me to the existing feature request? That last one is locked? It doesn’t seem like you are actually tracking this as a feature request open for comment anymore. What are the steps that happen after I email you? What is the difference of making a request here vs sending this to support? As you can tell I am confused about the purpose of the feature requests here in the community space.

Are there any updates about this feature request?

The feature is critical for my colleagues who participate in VMware Cloud on-call shifts. In order to align our on-call shifts with planned holidays and sick leaves, we would need to be notified at least a week in advance before starting an on-call shift

Hi, I would also like an increase to this limit. It’s been open for 4 years now, and baffling as to why this limit still exists. My oncall rotations start on Monday, and I’d like to have a reminder in the previous week on a work day.
